WEIRI beg to ask the Secretary for Scotland whether the plans for the proposed works at the landing-place at Shader, Island of Lewis, which were forwarded to him by the Ross-shire County Council in February last, have yet been approved by the Board of Trade; and, if not, will he state the cause of the delay.
§ MR. SINCLAIRThe Board of Trade have intimated that they have decided to proceed with this application and are in communication with the county council.
