§ Resolution reported, "That it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of the remuneration of any interim sheriff-substitute appointed in pursuance of any Act of the present session to regulate and amend the laws and practice relating 920 to the civil procedure in Sheriff Courts in Scotland."
