To ask the Secretary to the Admiralty in how many cases during the last five years has the completion of a ship been delayed by the Admiralty in order to prevent undue fluctuation of work in the building yard.

(Answered by Mr. Edmund Robertson.) The only case during the last five years is that of the "Defence."
