MURPHY (Kerry, E.)To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he proposes to take any steps to cause the Commissioners of National Education in Ireland to comply with the public demands made in Ireland, and endorsed by himself, dealing with the civil rights of teachers; and, if so, at what time he proposes to do so.
