§ MR. CHURCHILLHis Majesty's Government have been in communication with the Transvaal Government and have intimated generally their approval of the terms of a Draft Bill. They are now awaiting further informa- 1348 tion from the Transvaal. A copy of the Bill as passed by the Transvaal Parliament will be included among the Papers which will be published before the Resolution preliminary to the introduction of a Loan Bill is brought before the House.
§ MR. CHURCHILLThe Chancellor of the Exchequer has already stated that only £1,000,000 will be needed before the end of June next year.
