SIR: EDWARD GREYI see that the terms of a suggested resolution have 1359 appeared in the Press, but I understand that no resolution has yet been put formally before the Conference, and I cannot say what terms may eventually be proposed. It is desirable that they should be such as will be accepted by the Conference.
