MUNRO FERGUSON (Leith Burghs)To ask the Secretary for Scotland whether he has formed any estimate as to the number, area, and rental of holdings between fifty and 150 acres in Scotland which will not be liable to sub-division under the Small Landowners Bill, and of the number of acres within urban areas that will likewise remain immune for purposes of extensive cultivation under this measure.
