SWIFT MACNEILLI beg to ask the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether, in view of the fact that in the Report of the Egyptian State Railways and Telegraphs for 1906 there is an entry of expenditure of £67,675 indicated solely as special and miscellaneous expenses, he will furnish the House with the items of the expenditure in question.
