"WEIRTo ask the President of the Local Government Board, in view of the fact that the last published Report of the Local Government Board shows, at page 74, that during the year 1905 the Board dealt with several complaints against district councils who had made default in the performance of their duty, as required under Section 299 of the Public Health Act, 1875, will he state how many complaints of this character have been dealt with during the year 1906; and how the figures compare with those for the previous year.
