SIR SAMUEL SCOTT (Marylebone, W.)

To ask the Secretary of State for War whether a decision has been arrived at respecting the re-arming of the Yeomanry; and whether they are to be armed with the sword and short rifle as in the Regular Cavalry.

(Answered by Mr. Secretary Haldane.) it is not at present contemplated to arm the Yeomanry with the sword. The short rifle and sword bayonet will be issued to them.
