§ DR. HAZEL (West Bromwich)To ask the President of the Board of Trade whether he is now able to say when the general regulations for the guidance of local authorities in the administration of the Weights and Measures Acts will be issued, and whether, if he is unable to name the exact date of their issue, he can give an assurance that the regulations will be laid before Parliament, in accordance with Section 5, Subsection 3, of the Weights and Measures Act, 1904, before the end of the present session.
