§ MR. BYLESI beg to ask the Prime Minister what action it is proposed to take in regard to the Report of the Select Committee on Parliamentary Debates, lately issued; and will the House be afforded an opportunity of discussing the said Report.
§ SIR H. CAMPBELL-BANNERMANThe Committee's Report is receiving the careful consideration of the Government, but I cannot say anything as yet as to what action may be taken in the matter. I am afraid that I cannot provide an opportunity for the discussion of this Report, at any rate, during the present session.
