Mr. Arthur Stanleyreported from the Committee on Group K of Private Bills; That the parties opposing the 1126 Birkenhead Corporation Water Bill [Lords] had stated that the evidence of Arthur Caradoc Williams, Acting Conservator of the River Dee, was essential to their case; and, it having been proved that his attendance could not be procured without the intervention of the House, he had been instructed to move that the said Arthur Caradoc Williams do attend the said Committee To-morrow, at half-past Eleven of the clock.
