§ THE CHANCELLOR OF THE EXCHEQUER (Mr. ASQUITH, Fife, E.)It is proposed to supply supplemental forms to persons who have already made returns for the current year, and who may appear to be entitled to relief in respect of earned income. If anyone so entitled should not receive such supplemental form within the next month, he should apply to the surveyor of his district, who will see that the omission is repaired.
