CECIL (Marylebone, E.)I beg to ask the President of the Board of Education whether the teachers in the voluntary schools in the county of Merioneth are not paid their salaries till after the summer holidays, while the teachers in the council schools are paid before the holidays; and, if so, what steps he is taking to remedy this hardships on the voluntary school teachers.
