To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if instructions are given to the inspectors of the National Board of Education to consider carefully the circumstances of the school and the class of children attending when making their annual inspections; and, if not, will he consider the necessity that exists for such instructions.
