LYNCHI beg to ask the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he will ascertain the yearly amounts of the grants-in-aid made by the Turkish Government in the form of kilometric guarantees or otherwise to each of the existing railways in Turkey, including separately the existing branch of the proposed Baghdad Railway, for a period of five years up to and comprising the financial year 1106–7.
