§ MR. CLAUDE HAYI beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury whether, in view of the fact that numbers of boy clerks are being discharged daily from His Majesty's Civil Service, he will expedite the consideration of the memorial as to the position of boy clerks presented in September last.
§ MR. RUNCIMANI hope that a decision on this question will be reached very shortly, but the subject is one that presents many difficulties and which requires very careful consideration.
