§ Mr. O'SHAUGHNESSYTo ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if he can say whether the Estates Commissioners have received an application for reinstatement or an equivalent holding from Mrs. Lena O'Carroll, of Tralee, in the county of Kerry, daughter of Jeremiah Hayes, -deceased, of Listowel, evicted tenant on the estate of Lord Listowel; whether Jeremiah Hayes sent in an application form; and, if so, whether it will receive their favourable consideration.
(Answered by Mr. Birrell.) The Estates Commissioners have received Mrs. O'Carroll's application, which appears to be in similar terms to that lodged by her deceased father. The case will be dealt with by the inspector who is at present engaged on the estate of Lord Listowel.
