MR, G. GREENWOOD (Peterborough)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he has yet received the Austro-Russian proposals for judicial reform in Macedonia, announced last autumn as being in preparation; and, if not, whether he will himself make proposals to the Powers with reference to the matter.
§ SIR EDWARD GREYThe Austro-Hungarian and Russian Governments have promised to submit their proposals for judicial reforms shortly, and I have no reason to suppose that there will be any undue delay in their doing so.
§ SIR EDWARD GREYWe have been told by the Austro-Russian Governments that the scheme will be laid in the course of the present summer.
