I beg to ask the Under-Secretary of State for the Colonies if, pending the decision of the Government as to laying Papers on the question of the Sugar Convention upon the Table, the example of the India Office will be followed, and the memorials addressed to this Government from the Colonies on the question will be placed in the Library of the House of Commons for inspection by Members.
