§ MR. BIRRELL
The Estates Commissioners have inquired into Mr. Corbett's case, and have ascertained that the hold ing in which he seeks to be reinstated is in the possession of his son-in-law, the husband of his only child, who has purchased it under the Land Purchase Acts.
