§ MR. PICKERSGILLI beg to ask the President of the Board of Trade whether in pursuance of the obligation imposed by Section 40, Subsection (1), of the Patents, Designs, and Trade Marks Act, 1883, to issue periodically an illustrated journal of patented inventions, as well as reports of patent cases decided by courts of law, a contract or contracts has or have been entered into for the preparation or issue of such journal and reports; and, if so, will he state the name or names of the contractor or contractors and what are the terms of the contract or contracts.
§ MR. KEARLEYThis is not a Board of Trade matter, but the Stationery Office inform us that they have entered into a contract with Messrs. Darling & Son, Limited, for printing the journal and reports referred to, and the Controller of the Stationery Office will be prepared to show my hon. friend a copy of the contract if he cares to see it.
