HC Deb 08 July 1907 vol 177 cc1172-3
Mr. MEAGHER (Kilkenny, N.)

I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if the Estates †See (4) Debates, clxxvi., 1402. Commissioners have as yet made inquiries in the case of Philip Bolger, who was evicted from his holding on the estate of Harvey Fleming, esquire, Doninga, Garesbridge, county Kilkenny; and, if so, what steps, if any, have been taken for his restoration.

MR. BIRRELL

The Estates Commissioners have inquired into the case of Philip Bolger, and have decided to take no action upon his application for reinstatement. He is already in occupation of a farm of sixty-four acres.
