§ Mr. WEIRI bog to ask the Secretary for Scotland whether he has yet received from the police a report in regard to the numerous cases of dog poisoning in the Kilmuir and Logie districts of Ross-shire; and will he state what stops have been taken to bring the offenders to justice.
