§ SIR ARTHUR BIGNOLD (Wick Burghs)To ask the Secretary for Scotland if he can now say when the Government will submit to the House a Bill to extend to England the law, now applicable to Scotland only, prohibiting the sale of Moray Firth caught fish in England.
