§ MR. FFRENCH (Wexford, S.)To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he is aware that the Land Purchase (Ireland) Acts provide that a tenant may purchase land stock and with it pay off the purchase money either wholly or in part; and whether any machinery has been provided by the Government for the carrying out of this portion of the Land Purchase Acts.
