§ Sir BERKELEY SHEFFIELD (Lincolnshire, Brigg)I beg to ask the Secretary to the Admiralty whether it is the intention to complete the battleship laid down this year at Elswick in twenty-four months from the date of laying down; and whether this policy will be continued in all future ships.
