I beg to ask the Post master-General whether he is now in a position to state how the figures showing the number of letters and parcels respectively despatched to and from Stornoway last year compare with the figures ten years ago.

As my hon. friend is aware, I am inquiring into the question of the postal arrangements at Stornoway.
