§ Resolution reported: "That it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of the 378 salaries of the Registrar of the Court of Criminal Appeal and his staff appointed under any Act of the present Session to establish a Court of Criminal Appeal and to amend the Law relating to Appeals in Criminal Cases, and of the expenses of taking shorthand notes and of making transcripts in pursuance of such Act."
