§ MR. BOTTOMLEY (Hackney, S.)I beg to ask the the Under-Secretary of State for the Colonies whether at the forthcoming Colonial Conference His Majesty's Government, in considering the effect of such resolutions as may be passed, will have regard to the disproportion in the populations of the various Colonies; and whether, for instance, the same weight will be attached to the views of the delegates from Newfoundland, representing a population of less than 250,000, as to those of the delegates from Australasia, representing a population of over 5,000,000.
§ MR. CHURCHILLHis Majesty's Government will give the fullest consideration to the views of all the Colonial Representatives.
