§ MR. WEIRI beg to ask the Secretary for Scotland whether the Local Government Board for Scotland have yet arranged to issue to parochial medical officers, sanitary inspectors, and inspectors of the poor, leaflets containing the opinions of the Committee on Physical Deterioration relative to ventilation and the bringing up of young children, with a view to the dissemination of information on these subjects.
§ MR. SINCLAIRIn fulfilment of the promise made in April last, the Board issued in June a circular and leaflet oft the management of young children. These were circulated to public health local authorities and their medical officers and were widely appreciated. The leaflet may now be purchased through any bookseller, price one halfpenny per copy.
