§ SIR EDWARD STRACHEYThe Board of Agriculture and Fisheries consists of a President, who must be a Member of the Privy Council, the President of the Council, the Principal Secretaries of State, the First Lord of the Treasury, the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster, the Secretary for Scotland, and such other persons as His Majesty may from time to time think fit to appoint. There is no record of the Board as such having ever met.
