§ MR. CHURCHILLHis Majesty's Government are advised that having regard to the provisions of Articles 33 and 40 of the Convention the provisions referring to male labourers in Article 40 apply to females. The suggested addition of the hon. and gallant Member therefore appears unnecessary.
