§ MR. ASQUITHOn Monday the business will be going into Committee on the Army Estimates and moving the Speaker out of the Chair, when the Secretary for War will make his statement. On Tuesday the President of the Board of Education will, under the Ten Minutes Rule, introduce the Education Bill to which my right hon. friend has referred, and the Government propose that the remainder of the sitting on Tuesday should, if necessary, be devoted to the report of the Civil Service Supplementary Estimates. On Wednesday and Thursday we shall take the Army Estimates, Votes A and I, and Army Supplementary Estimates.
