MACVEAGH (Down, S.)To ask the President of the Board of Trade whether his attention has been called to the fact that the Great Northern Railway Company of Ireland has discontinued second-class accommodation between Belfast and Lisburn and declines to allow holders of second-class subscription tickets to travel first-class, whilst refusing to refund the difference between second-class and third-class tickets; and
