BELLAIRSI beg to ask the Secretary to the Admiralty whether it is proposed to submit to the Public Accounts Committee an explanation as to why the three large armoured cruisers of the "Invincible" class were ordered from three selected firms without any opportunity being given to other firms to send in competitive tenders.
