§ THE SECRETARY Of STATE FOR WAR (Mr. Haldane,) HaddingtonAs I explained to the House on Thursday last,†the Government propose to contribute towards the cost of making good the damage done by the recent explosion at Woolwich, and a preliminary sum of £6,000 has been forwarded to meet the more necessitous cases.
