§ MR. MUNRO FERGUSON (Leith Burghs)To ask the Secretary for Scotland whether he has yet confirmed the closing orders made by the Town Council of Leith under The Shop Hours Act, 1904.
(Answered by Mr. sinclair.) Strong local Objection has been taken to certain of these orders, and a communication has been made to the town council indicating my view in regard to their confirmation. The orders have not yet been confirmed.
