§ MR. HALPIN (Clare, W.)To ask Mr. Attorney-General for Ireland when the Bill will be introduced to enable the Clare County Council to avail of the 528 money allocated to be spent on the fishing pier at Pallaghalin, county Clare.

The question of introducing legislation extending the power of local authorities to contribute to works of the nature referred to in the Question is at present under the consideration of His Majesty's Government, but no date can at present be fixed by the introduction of a Bill for the purpose.
