HC Deb 15 February 1907 vol 169 c416
MR. MURPHY

To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if he can ascertain from the Estates Commissioners the cause of delay in the inspection of the Marshall Estate, county Kerry; and whether he can say definitely the date on which such inspection will be made as the estate has been before the Commissioners for a considerable time.

(Answered by Mr. Birrell.) The Estates Commissioners have directed a survey of the boundaries of this estate, which is a large one comprising 5,000 acres. As soon as the survey has been completed inspection will take place.
