I beg to ask Mr. Attorney-General, whether he has yet reported to the Government his opinion on the question raised by the Swansea local education authority relative to the salaries of the teachers in the non-provided schools in that borough.

said that though he would be pleased to give the noble Lord the information asked for, he objected on the ground that the question was one which should be addressed not to him but to the head of the Department concerned
