§ Resolved that it is expedient to authorise the extension of the period for the repayment of certain Loans made by the Commissioners of Public Works in Ireland, and to authorise the remission of a debt due to the Public Works Loan Commissioners from the Cullen Harbour Commissioners, in pursuance of any Act of the present Session, to grant money for the purpose of certain Local Loans out of the Local Loans Fund, and for other purposes relating to Local Loans.—(Mr. Whiteley)
