§ SIR PHILIP MAGNUS (London University)I beg to ask the President of the Board of Education whether he will state what will be the constitution and personnel of the medical bureau to be attached to the Board of Education, with the view to giving guidance and advice to the medical officers to be appointed by local education authorities to undertake the medical inspection of the children in public elementary schools.
