§ MR. J. A. PEASE (Essex, Saffron Walden, for Mr. CHURCHILL)The members of the Commission are Messrs. Stockenstroom, Member of the Legislative Assembly (Chairman), Whiteside, Cress-well, Francke, and Spencer. I have no information as to when its report is expected to be forthcoming.
