§ MR. MORTONI beg to ask the Prime Minister whether he will arrange to allow small landholders in burghs to have the benefit of the Small Landholders (Scotland) Bill in the same way that crofters are allowed the benefit of The Crofters Act, 1886.
§ MR. SINCLAIRMy right hon. friend has asked me to reply to this. As my hon. friend is aware, the Bill does not interfere with the existing rights to which he refers: the Government do not propose to alter it as he suggests.
