MILDMAY (Devonshire,) TotnesI beg to ask the Secretary to the Admiralty whether he has received recent further complaints with regard to the discharge of refuse from Devonport Dockyard in infringement of the by-law of the Devon Sea Fishery Committee; and whether he can say what steps will be taken to prevent a recurrence of what is being complained of.
§ MR. LAMBERTOne letter has recently been received alleging that the Devon Sea Fishery by-laws have been infringed. As regards the second part of the Question, the Admiralty are in communication with the Board of Agriculture and Fisheries with reference to a proposal to change the depositing ground.
