HC Deb 06 August 1907 vol 179 cc1806-7
MR. NIELD (Middlesex, Ealing)

To ask the Secretary to the Admiralty whether any stations of the Coastguard are short of men; and, if so, which are they, how long have they been short of their complement, and when will they be filled up.

(Answered by Mr. Edmund Robertson.)In some cases the complements of the stations have been found to be in excess of present requirements, and are being gradually reduced in accordance with the policy initiated by the late Board and continued by the present Board.
