On behalf of the hon. Member for Gravesend, I beg to ask the Under-Secretary of State for the Colonies whether any portion, and, if so, how much, of the guarantee loan of £5,000,000 to the Transvaal is to be applied to the repatriation of the burghers and to compensation to burghers.
