CATHCART WASONI beg to ask the Secretary for Scotland if, in view of the fact that, owing to the destruction of whales, the herring fishing for sailing boats has practically been ruined on the West Coast of Shetland, and that now the North and East are threatened, he will take power to stop further killing should he find such a drastic step necessary.
